Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
Custom or special-order items
Opened consumable items (such as ignition wires)

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Processed or shipped orders cannot be cancelled — please follow our return procedure instead.
